A New Me Weight Loss

I am in week 2 of maintenance and I continue to feel fantastic!  This program works--I followed the Protocol exactly, lost the weight  exactly as the program outlines--averaging a pound per day. (Although it may fluctuate one day 0 and the next 1.5 - it always averaged out to about one pound per day for each week.) 
Getting back to my new/old body has really jump started my getting out of the dumps.
I didn't even realize how down I was about my weight until I started getting compliments again--I used to get them all the time and hadn't realized they'd stopped.
Not to mention, I know my other numbers are down too (cholesterol/blood pressure) and even though they were not in the "danger" zone they too are in a better place with they are lower.  I wont' get the eye roll from my M.D. at my next check-up.
Gigi is wonderfully, straight forward, informative, helpful and supportive. She was as excited for me as I was about reaching my goal.
I hope to do my best to maintain my current weight by following the recommended eating methodology--but should I backslide  will immediately be back at A New Me
for "re-alignment".

Thank you so much for the birthday wishes. I love you to know that last year at this time I went for my FAA Medical exam (I have to go on my birthday month each year) and part of that is my weigh in. This will be the first year in, I don't know how many, that my medical certificate will have begin with a ONE in the weigh column rather than a TWO!!! Indeed this will be the best birthday present I could have ever given myself. Thank you for your patience and time with me getting here.

I have to disagree with Kris as well. Did a round right after thanksgiving. And when i started I weigh 317lbs. Lance is a smooth talker but He is selling a product so that expected. I spent 400 because i got the B12 also and I must say it was the best decision I made. The first few days your thinking this was a waste but as soon as the weight starts falling you notice and you love it. When i was done with the 23 days i weighed in at 278! I have since put back 5 pounds but Highly recommend it. In fact i am going in tomorrow to purchase another round. new goal is 250lbs. If you need a reboot of how you eat, or have gone stagnant in your workouts. this is for you. 

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Gigi's support. Anyone can follow the HCG protocol, but it takes a good supporter to help you through it. There were so many times when I wanted to give up and succumb to the piece of cake or pastry, but I kept telling myself that I can do it and that it's just (x) amount of days until I see Gigi to tell her about my success. She definitely has your back and is willing to talk to you through your ups and downs. What I love the most about her is that she's so down to earth! From the first day I met her, I felt so comfortable--I was able to share all my weight struggles with her. I didn't get the opportunity to work with Lance, but I am sure he is a nice guy. Casey (the receptionist) was also a sweet heart. They were always accommodating to my schedule and I was willing to take the hour trip during rush hour to see them. 

Now, let's talk about the diet. Before starting the diet, I researched EVERYTHING about it. I have done HCG with so many companies that state they have HCG in their product... Trust me, I tried it all... From Ultra HCG, Easy HCG, to Nu Image Medical... They're all a joke. Especially the latter one, but I won't go into details about how disappointing all of them were. They say that if you do not have as much fat deposits, you won't lose as much fat on the diet. I started off at 134 and after 22 days, I am down to 110! While people usually lose a pound to less than a pound a day, my average was about a 1.1 loss every day. Getting my old body back is the best feeling in the world. 

If you live in the Los Angeles area and is interested in HCG -- just go to A New Me. Don't waste your time looking for the best HCG for its price... A New Me is definitely affordable (I am a college student!) and has wonderful results.
